Tinatin Bregvadze has extensive experience working with various local and international organizations. In 2018 she was charged with reformatting the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. Moreover, she has been working as a civil education specialist in organizations, such as - Transparency International Georgia and World Vision Georgia. She has led the Open Foundations Academic Scholarship Program in three South Caucasus countries – Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia.
 
In 2016-2018 she worked at Millennium Challenge Georgia Account, responsible for communication with government, business, and civil society. She was the member and deputy chairperson of the Authorization Board at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. In 2015 she was the Deputy Director and an adviser at the Center of International Education at the Prime Minister’s Office of Georgia. She remains there as a member of the steering commission. 

Mrs. Bregvadze has consulted more than 30 local and international organizations on organizational development, strategic planning, and fundraising. In 2015 – 2018 Mrs.Bregvadze acted as a Chair of the Boards and Program Director at the Georgian Center for Strategy and Development (GCSD). In September 2021 she returned to the GCSD within the same capacity. She is an invited professor at the Tbilisi State University and a PhD student at Ilia State University, Program of Business, Technology and Education.
