Ketevan Lezhava
MEL Coordinator
Ketevan Lezhava currently serves as the MEL Coordinator for the Safe Online program at Mercy Corps. She brings nearly five years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) in local and international organizations. Ketevan earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Tbilisi State University and her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Ilia State University. With a background as a social science researcher and psychologist, Ketevan has accumulated approximately seven years of experience conducting research on significant psychosocial issues in Georgia. Her transition from research to the MEAL sector has been marked by a commitment to applying her extensive knowledge and skills to enhance program evaluation and accountability frameworks. This multidisciplinary expertise uniquely positions her to address complex challenges within the MEAL domain, contributing to the continuous improvement of program outcomes and impact.
