Nino Kaladze has been a Project Coordinator at the Center for Strategy and Development since August 2021. With a robust background in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Nino has led various initiatives focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness and impact. She has extensive experience conducting training on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) for institutional mentors, facilitators, and staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards. Her work encompasses a wide range of thematic areas, including gender equality, minority rights, combating disinformation, and youth empowerment.
Over her career, Nino has supervised international network activities across multiple countries, demonstrating her ability to manage cross-cultural teams and deliver results in diverse settings. Her dedication to promoting gender-responsive approaches and addressing minority issues is reflected in her leadership and advocacy efforts.
With over four years of experience in project coordination, Nino has also served as a trainer for facilitators, focusing on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) guidelines. Her commitment to education and capacity-building is evident in her efforts to equip project facilitators with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively implement and manage initiatives.
